Wallabies are related to kangaroos, but are usually slightly smaller than their marsupial cousins. There are several different subspecies that are primarily native to Australia. The babies of these cute animals are blind, deaf and naked at birth, their hind legs are not yet fully developed and they weigh just one gram. After birth, however, they crawl into their mom's bag, suck themselves on a teat, and continue to grow for half a year before leaving their mother's cozy tote bag.
Wallaby baby Scotty, who has his own Facebook page, not only gets his special feed from his human adoptive parents every four hours, but also has a number of cuddly bags sewn into which he can suck himself in and take his nap. So nothing stands in the way of his goal of becoming big and strong.
